A hardtop is usually built in fiberglass, if this allows a design which fits to the vehicule's one and an intersting manufacturing cost, that kind of construction is often not the most robust...

Better aluminium!

So LOG-CONCEPT has developped a radical alternative, as light as a fiberglass hardtop but much more resistant and loadable, thanks to its unique aluminium body.

For real loading capacities...

This product has been designed for professionnal users and demanding "raiders", it is built on an oversized alu frame on which are screwed 3mm thick alu panels. This structure allows loads over 100 kg (220 lbs)* when running (2 roof tents or canoes for example), and up to 310 kg (683 lbs)** when the vehicle is stopped.

The whole assembly gives an inside volume of 1m large et 1m50 long, with as an option a large alu built drawer of one meter long, mounted on heavy duty slides with 80kg (176 lbs) load capacity (the last 50cm at the bottom can be used for a water tank for example).

On the outside, the sides provide recesses to accommodate different equipment loans: jerrycans, sand ladders, straps... These niches can also be closed by lockable doors (option).

The Very-Hard-Top is available in standard, which directly fits to 1m40 1m53 long and wide (inside measurement between flatbed) and also available in tailor-made measures.

The color of the frame (silver standard) is optionally available for all original colors of car manufacturers, or on RAL references.

* : Maximum load of the "frame alone" we garanty is 100 kg while the vehicle is running. When the alu panels are fixed to the frame, this maxi load is upgraded to 130 kg. Make sure the proper securement of the assembly and drive according to your load.

** : Maximum load (with or without the alu panels) we garanty while the vehicle is stopped is 310 kg. The roof tent with wallet type opening are based some of their weight on the pegs, so the maximum load is compatible with two tents each with two adults of 75 kg.
